1. Site Access
These terms govern your use of the Pith website. Pith is a brand operated by Pith Sales Co Pty Ltd (ABN: 90 677 523 509). These terms apply to your use of this website only; formal consulting engagements are governed by a separate Service Agreement. If these site terms and a Service Agreement conflict, the Service Agreement takes precedence.
2. Systems and Results
Pith builds sales systems and commercial foundations. The content on this website describes our methodology and is provided for informational purposes. It does not guarantee specific revenue results for your business. The success of any system depends on how your team executes it within your specific market.
3. Intellectual Property
Pith Sales Co Pty Ltd owns the Site and its contents, including all graphics, frameworks, and the Pith design system. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Site for your internal business information. You may not copy, sell, or use our proprietary frameworks for commercial purposes without our written consent. Intellectual property ownership for client deliverables is defined in our Service Agreement and transfers only upon full payment.
4. Third-Party Tools
We use third-party tools like GoHighLevel, Stripe, and Vercel to run our business. Your use of these tools is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for service interruptions or the performance of these third-party providers.
5. Limitation of Liability
Pith Sales Co Pty Ltd provides this site as it exists today. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees actually paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
6. Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the jurisdiction of the courts sitting in Sydney, NSW. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full effect.
